DAM25 and DAM35 Hard Sided Vacuum Insulated Coolers

Our flagship product is our Hard Cooler which uses Vacuum Insulated Technology to keep its contents much colder for longer periods of time, while being lightweight and lower profiled to give a lean look. It comes in 2 sizes. The DAM25 and DAM35 which are 25 US Qt (23.9 liters) and 35 US Qt (32 liters) respectively.

Vacuum Insulated Panels (V.I.Ps) is what makes this possible. This state of the art insulation technology reduces the movement of molecules in gaps due to a Vacuum, and lack of atmosphere that exists in said gap. Heat transfer via conduction, convection and radiation is kept to a minimum so that temperatures are kept low at all times. Because of this they have about one-fifth the thermal conductivity of the best conventional insulations and thereby 5 times the thermal resistance per unit of thickness.

With Ice Retention being the number one driver in the high-performance cooler market, it was a great opportunity to develop a cooler that met and outperformed the competition.

VACUUM INSULATED PANELS

Since the early days of the first portable coolers, there have been all sorts of insulation material used to help them slow down temperature change. Sand, Foam, Down, Gas and Polyurethane (Roto-molded coolers) are a few.

Some are better than others, but they all have their downsides. From hygiene to environmental impacts to weight, bulkiness, and cost.

Our patent pending design uses Vacuum Insulated Panels. It is a form of thermal insulation whereby a gas-tight enclosure surrounding an insulation material has all the atmosphere within it evacuated.

Focusing on performance and real value, we made our hard coolers injection molded and not roto-molded. This lends itself to the efficiency in the design and manufacturing process which you will see that our pricing reflects.

The larger of our Hard Coolers with it’s even higher performance will amaze you more. Engineered for maximum ice retention while maintaining a sleek low profile in the room or on your boat. This cooler is about the size of the competitors smaller coolers but with more volume, and it beats them on performance and value.

The DAM35 Vacuum Insulated Cooler is the right size when you want a little more space than our popular DAM25. Its good for food hauls for you and your family or a small work crew. I has in it a 1 inch or 25mm thick Vacuum Insulated Panel which will keep your food and drinks ice cold for the whole adventure.

By using VIP panels, you can fit even more of what you need! It has enough capacity to hold up to 48 12oz cans (only) of your favorite drinks, it’ll be a while before you and the crew get thirsty.

    I have just received my Dam35 cooler and I put some frozen water bottles in it to test it out. It was days before the frozen water bottle melted. This changes the reality of what a cooler is.

    I thought. With performance this high can you use this as a portable freezer and not just a cooler. So I added 1/8 cup salt to the 5 water bottles and made sure they were hard frozen. The Dam35 stayed below 31 degrees for 14 hours. You can literally store an ice cream cake without any melting at that temperature.

    I wonder what would happen with 1 gallon of frozen salt water.
